Precautions for use:
Installation direction: The quick exhaust valve must be installed vertically to ensure that the float inside it is in a vertical state to avoid affecting the exhaust effect.
Installation method: When installing, it should be installed together with the isolation valve, so that when the exhaust valve needs to be removed for maintenance, the system can be kept airtight and water will not flow out.
Installation position: Generally installed at the highest point of the system, which is conducive to improving exhaust efficiency.
Working principle:
It works on the principle of the buoyancy of water on the stainless steel float. When the water level of the exhaust valve rises, the float automatically floats up due to the buoyancy of the water until it contacts the sealing surface of the exhaust port. When the water level in the valve drops, the float drops accordingly, and a large amount of air is injected into the pipeline through the exhaust port.
