Precautions for use
Selection and adaptation requirements
Select materials according to the characteristics of the medium: corrosive media require all-stainless steel or plastic Wang valve body, and ammonia media are prohibited from using copper materials.
Note that the nominal pressure must be higher than the maximum pressure of the system, and explosion-proof models must be selected for explosive environments.
Installation and maintenance specifications
Before installation, the pipeline must be thoroughly cleaned and a filter must be installed to prevent impurities from clogging the valve body; the electromagnetic coil should be installed vertically upward.
It is recommended to install manual valves and bypasses before and after the valve to facilitate fault maintenance; the pipeline connection must be directional and cannot be installed in reverse.
Media and operating environment restrictions
The viscosity of the medium generally does not exceed 50cSt, and high viscosity requires special customization; high-temperature fluids need to match temperature-resistant sealing materials. Avoid long-term overpressure operation. The spring return type needs to ensure that the system pressure is not lower than the minimum value required for adjustment.
Power supply and operation safety
Ensure that the power supply voltage meets the rated value (±10% tolerance) to avoid coil burnout; normally open/normally closed types cannot be used interchangeably.
Minimize long-term power-on to extend the life of the coil.
