Precautions for the use of DAIKIN plunger pumps
Hydraulic oil requirements:
The hydraulic oil temperature should be maintained at 0-60℃, the kinematic viscosity (40℃) should be between 32-46mm²/s, and ISO VG32 aviation hydraulic oil is recommended.
Keep the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil within the requirements of NAS grade 10 or JB/T 7858-95 acceptance standards.
Installation precautions:
When installing the pump, the oil filling port should be facing upward.
It is recommended to use a flexible coupling with a maximum axial error of less than 0.25mm and a maximum angle error of less than 0.2°.
The recommended suction pressure at the oil inlet is between -16.7 and +50KPa, and the recommended pressure is 0 to +50KPa when the pump speed is higher than 1800r/min.
The suction line should be as short and straight as possible, avoid right angles, and should be well sealed.
The oil drain line should ensure that the pressure in the pump chamber is less than 0.1MPa, the impact force is less than 0.5MPa, the piping length should be less than 1m, and the pipe end is immersed in oil.
Precautions for starting:
At the beginning of starting, it should be confirmed whether the rotation direction of the hydraulic pump is consistent with the direction marked on the body.
It is not allowed to enter full speed operation quickly at the beginning of starting. The motor should be turned on/off repeatedly several times to discharge the air in the oil pipe before entering continuous operation.
Maintenance and care:
Regularly replace hydraulic oil and filter element (recommended every 2000 hours).
Avoid long-term overpressure operation to prevent wear of the plunger and cylinder body.
Check the wear of seals or distribution plates and replace hydraulic oil regularly.
