Product Description:
The priority valve is a normally closed solenoid valve that first directs high-pressure oil into the priority channel and then directs the remaining oil into the auxiliary channel. When the high-pressure oil passes through the priority channel, the priority valve core is pushed up, and if there is a load that needs to be operated, the hydraulic control command of the priority channel will be executed. When the high-pressure oil decreases or disappears, the auxiliary channel oil prevails, the valve core is rebounded, and the hydraulic control operation is executed. In essence, the priority valve is a way to execute high-priority tasks first, and at the same time, it can execute low-priority tasks after the high-priority tasks are completed. Therefore, it is also called a "first come, first served" valve.
The characteristics of the priority valve mainly include solving the problem that high pressure cannot be unloaded, realizing the working condition requirements of high pressure and small flow, saving energy, maintaining low pressure drop, high fuel efficiency, low noise, smooth operation, and setting different pressure differences according to different priorities for flexible flow control.
The priority valve solves the problem that high pressure cannot be unloaded by adding unloading safety valves, check valve springs, equal unloading check valves, unloading valve cores, unloading valve springs, etc., realizes the working condition requirements of high pressure and small flow, and saves energy. This valve plays an important role in load-sensitive hydraulic systems. It can maintain low pressure drop, high fuel efficiency, low noise, and smooth operation. It provides static and dynamic models to choose from to meet different work needs. In addition, the priority valve can also set different pressure differences according to different priorities. When the pressure difference between the media entering the priority valve is small, the valve opening is low, resulting in a small flow; when the pressure difference increases, the valve opening gradually increases, and the flow also increases accordingly. This allows for flexible flow control based on different priorities and needs, ensuring that important media in the system are given priority control and processing, improving resource utilization and work efficiency.
